LONGJAWED ORBWEAVERS

LONG-JAWED ORB WEAVER

ORCHARD ORBWEAVER

Longjawed Orbweavers have long legs and slender bodies. They build their webs near water on grasses and other low plants. Their long jaws can only be seen with a microscope. They are best seen when morning dew reveals their webs on a late summer day.
